If you enjoy skiing or other winter sports, the Merano 2000 ski area has plenty to offer, with wide pistes and the chance to try out various disciplines, including paragliding. You can reach it by cable car from the nearby village of Falzeben (a five-minute drive from You & Me Relax Apartment). If you like walking and trekking, Avelengo offers routes and options for all types of walkers, many of which start not far from our home. Find more information at our apartment.

Our apartment boasts TV, free WiFi, a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen-cum-living room (crockery, various utensils, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender, oven and microwave, fridge, toaster, electric juicer, dishwasher, and small wine cellar), clothing rack, iron and ironing board. You & Me Apartment is inside a residence certified "CasaClima Nature", a protocol issued to eco-sustainable buildings. You will sleep in spaces with little pollution, with beneficial effects on your health and wellbeing, thanks to high indoor air quality, natural lighting (the thermal glazing of the floor-to-ceiling windows lets in as much light as possible, preventing heat from escaping), acoustic comfort and protection from radon gas.

check-in
Register online a few days before your departure (we will provide you with all the necessary instructions via email). Arrive whenever you want, in complete autonomy and peace of mind, without fixed schedules, and enjoy your holiday right from the start. Registration is carried out remotely with the help of the Vikey company, which collaborates with the police, as - we remind you - in Italy registration with identification documents is mandatory by law for all people who occupy the apartment.
Lunch or a drink with breathtaking
views
Enjoy lunch on our terrace set in a corner with table and chairs, or watch unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, comfortably seated on large armchairs, from which you can admire the view of the mountains and valleys of South Tyrol with breathtaking scenes - an experience you won't forget.
Your skis - and bike - are safe with us
Opposite our entrance door, you will find a space (accessed with a key) where you can store your skis in winter. In this space, entirely owned by the You&Me Relax Apartment, you can leave your electric bikes or mountain bikes, so you can protect them. Always here, if you wish, you can leave your suitcases, so as to have more space in the apartment.
Oenological experiences
The small (but well-stocked) wine cellar in our living area will allow you to sample our selection, choosing from one of our South Tyrolean wines, most of which are white with different aromas.
Cars protected in two free parkings
At You&Me Relax Apartment you will find two parking spaces, one outdoors (near the access door to the Residence) and one indoors (to be used especially in winter when it snows outside or on sunny summer days). There is no cost to access it, as this service is included in the price of the stay.
Forget the car if you like
Just a few minutes' walk from You&Me Relax Apartment is the bus stop for buses to Merano (line 225 towards) and Bolzano (line 204). From Merano railway station, there are trains and buses to several South Tyrolean tourist destinations. Various advantage cards are available (BusCard, MobilCard, Museumobil Card, Bikemobil Card, FuniCard Merano and its surroundings, and Guest Card), which can be obtained from local tourist offices.

From our terrace (with furnished spaces for dining and enjoying a drink or a glass of wine in peace and quiet), enjoy a wonderful and unforgettable view of the South Tyrolean valleys and mountains.
